Everything you need to know about Air Raft Challenge team building activity

The aim of Air Raft Challenge is to save the teammate who is stranded on a flimsy life raft made from balloons.

Teams will need a captain to instruct them to successfully achieve this life saving activity.

No water is involved.

Can be combined with other activities for a longer event.

What happens during Air Raft Challenge team building activity

Teams are first given a scenario in which they are stranded on an island and they have to build a raft out of balloons to send a team member to sea to seek help.

Once the raft is made, one team member from each team must position themselves on their team’s raft.

During the challenge, the opposing team will pop the balloons on the raft, trying to stop the member from staying afloat.

The team with the last member still afloat wins.
