Amazing Race Hobart team building activity

Teams compete with each other in a series of mental and physical challenges, all the while racing against time.

This is a great way to spend a day exploring an unfamiliar city, and anyone can participate as no special skill, athletic ability or experience is required.

What happens during the Amazing Race Hobart team building activity

Teams will need to communicate well and work together to get through the Race. Unlike the original Amazing Race, no-one is eliminated from this event.

The actual content of the Amazing Race is tailored to suit each group’s age and gender mix, as well as fitting in with any desired corporate outcomes. A Races can also includes 3-4 physical events (such as abseiling, kayaking, or similar - may be additional charge) as well as a range of mental challenges, including a scavenger hunt, photography challenge, general knowledge quiz, local history quiz, and more.

Each team’s goal is to arrive at each event location on time, complete the event, and receive directions to the next event location. They will also need to complete as many of the mental challenges from the booklet as possible.

No participants will be asked to undertake an activity they are not comfortable with.
