Carnivale team building activity

A corporate team building event that aims to cater to all by allowing you to choose the activities undertaken. The options are endless as we will design this program to suit your team.

Carnivale team building is all about creating a fun carnival style atmosphere at a beach or a park! Build loyalty, trust and common respect with members of your team whilst completing challenges.

What happens during the Carnivale team building activity?

Teams are divided into groups of approximately 10 per team. The teams will rotate through a series of pre-determined activity sites competing for head to head with other teams along the way.

Activities often included within the Carnivale are:

• Archery
• Initiative Race
• Catapults
• Bamboo Towers
• Laser Clay Shooting
• The Great Sports Challenge

At the end of every rotation, the teams will move onto their next activity site to face off against their next opponents. The points are tallied and the final event will see all teams go head to head in a final all in the challenge. Lots of fun, Lots of laughter for the winners, the losers and everyone in between!

Logistics

Location: Any conference venue or outdoor space

Minimum and Maximum time required: 1.5 to 4 hours

Minimum and Maximum group size: 20 - 1000 people
