What happens during The Vegas Experience team building activity

Our crew will set up your special casino prior to your event starting. Upon starting time, the Pitboss will give his or her introductory speech, welcoming guests, introducing the dealers, introducing the gaming tables and explaining how the night will run. There is a number of ways a Vegas Experience can be run and ultimately it is your choice. Feel free to discuss your ideas with us and we may be able to suggest ways that will assist you in making your event a success. During the night, we can host a tournament, allow guests to experience the fun of dealing the game, give away some random prizes or assist you with fundraising ventures. At the end of the night, last bets are called, players chips are totaled and the High Rollers of the night are congratulated.

Outcomes achieved from completing The Vegas Experience team building activity

Where possible we strategically place tables back to back so that players are facing other players on other tables. This creates a chain reaction when the excitement explodes that creates communication between the guests. Guests tend to communicate more and often with people they wouldn’t necessarily communicate with. It creates competitiveness in a fun way. Experience tells us guests tend to drink a little less because of what they are doing (but don’t tell them that.)
