These activities promote communication and awareness that can lead to increased productivity back in the workplace.
What happens during the Icebreakers and Team Building Games team activity?
This activity can begin with time for the group to get to know each other and get comfortable with each other in a relaxed setting, through use of props such as footballs, hula hoops, giant bubble mix, or similar. With plenty of laughter, the activity will begin in a non-threatening, relaxed environment and the atmosphere will promote open communication with all team members. In groups of 3-4 people, teams will complete various activities.
These may include:
- Geeter board races
- All Aboard games
- Mine Field games
- Ball throwing
- Hula hoop
- Circus skills
- Mental puzzles
The groups will continuously be changed so that every member of the group has a chance to work with new people.
