As a game of espionage and strategy, Mastership Game sees teams of 6-8 people from the world’s best intelligence services around the globe compete head-to-head for the coveted title of ‘Mastership’.

What happens during the Mastership Spy Challenge team building activity?

Each team will need to deploy a range of spy skills to take out the competition including communication, espionage, code breaking, deduction, strategic and dynamic decision making, trading and more.

Very much hands on but guided by our purposefully built app, this tech enabled team building activity takes your team far outside the world of your office.

The Mastership Game is the next level in fun, yet challenging team building designed to maximise team dynamics, unpack leadership conversations and build positive connections through shared experience.

Minimum and Maximum time required:1.5-3 hours
Minimum and Maximum group size: 16 - 150 people
Practical requirements:
• Appropriately sized space (eg. large meeting room)
• 1 table per team of 5-8 (teams can operate in same space)
