In this activity, tribes compete against each other in a series of challenges that will determine which team is the 'survivor'.

Participants are split into teams and complete various challenges with different goals. Each challenge is focused to promote teamwork, strategy, communication and decision making.

There are also opportunities for individuals to take the lead and develop leadership skills within each different event.

What happens during the Melbourne City Survivor team building activity?

In Immunity Challenges, tribes compete for an Immunity Idol which gives their tribe the power to cast votes against other tribes at Tribal Council. This requires strategy from teams and can be advantageous or disadvantageous.

The element of the Treasure Chest in Melbourne City Survivor also requires a great deal of strategy from teams. Teams must make fast key decisions regarding the treasure chest which will determine how they want to play the game. This activity can be tailored to suit any needs, both physically and logistically.
