Your delegates will be guided, through humorous non-verbal conducting, to play musical instruments together in a truly wonderful way. What happens during the Musical Team building activity?

Each person will be given an instrument, and guided (via large, exaggerated movements from the facilitator) to contribute to the overall orchestra, by striking / playing their respective instruments at a directed time/space. The result is a highly motivated group with increased confidence in tackling the unknown and the challenges that life dishes up, in & out of the work place.

The great thing about this event is that it brings your group together in different ways. For example if & when mistakes are made people will look to their colleague and the facilitator for guidance.

This event is very flexible with different instrumentation to suit your budget ie: smaller (more portable) instruments for those smaller events, and large instruments for larger events. This activity can catering for events large and small with infrastructure to cater for thousands or the more personal touch for groups as intimate as 5.

Logistics

Time frames are also flexible:

• Multiple sessions of 5 mins each throughout your conference
• Ice breakers of 15 -20 mins each
• After lunch wake up - 45 to 60 mins
• Team Challenge for 90 mins
