Pirates of the Swan revolves around the exhilarating sport of sailing, a versatile and enjoyable activity that provides participants with a real feeling of teamwork, accomplishment and satisfaction.

What happens during the Pirates Of The Swan team building activity

In this challenge, teams will set sail on the Swan River aboard Foundation 36 yachts, to track down clues in a quest to unlock the Treasure Chest! Using the pirate map provided, teams will need to work together to navigate their way to location markers that hold the clues required to unlock the treasure chest ashore. Upon returning to dry land, teams will be presented with their final activities and clues needed. The team that can unlock the treasure chest first will win the Pirates of the Swan Treasure Hunt and the contents of the treasure chest.

No previous sailing experience is required! On board each of the ships (foundation 36 yachts) is an experienced instructor who will assist and coach the team to sail ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable time in a safe environment. Leadership, trust, communication and teamwork are just some of the essential skills needed during this exhilarating program.

At the completion of the event, you could also choose to wrap up the day with a gourmet barbecue meal served (additional charge) on the lawn over looking the Swan River, giving fellow buccaneers a chance to relax and unwind after the excitement of the Treasure Hunt and to further build relationships.

Activities included are:

• CannonBall Run: Teams navigate their cannon ball along the marked course. Teamwork is paramount in this challenge.
• Anchors Away: In this activity, teams will be required to land all their rings onto their target as quickly as possible.
• Walk The Plank: Team members unscramble a set of words and then locate them inside a word finder in order to hep determine the code to open the treasure chest.
