Description

Presentation Skills Workshop

Public speaking is the #1 fear in the world. When it comes to creating fear and trepidation telling someone they have to make a formal presentation to a large group of people ranks above spiders, snakes, and everything else for creating nervousness and fear. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Amazing presenters are confident because they know their presentation is built on Audience Engagement principles. They know they have created a presentation that will appeal to their audience because they have built that presentation using a structure that understands the audience perspective. The structure makes all the difference.

Engaging your audience is not achieved through gestures and fancy PowerPoint slides, it’s achieved by understanding and designing your presentation using the structure of Audience Engagement. Once you understand that structure you can make every presentation, even impromptu opportunities, with confidence.

Benefits of Presentation Skills Workshop

How often are you making informal presentations?

It’s more than you think. We make informal presentations throughout our day to managers, teams, customers, even family.

The Audience Engagement structure lets you plan formal presentations with confidence and respond to impromptu opportunities with flair. Once you understand the structure of presentations you can develop the tips and techniques of stage craft that will add a touch of magic to your presentations. Your facilitators have packed over 30 years of experience into either a half day or full day workshop. You will learn the structure and techniques of great presentations and have the opportunity to apply them to your own situation.

What happens during Presentation Skills Workshop

Your facilitator will present the structure and techniques of great presentations. You will then have the opportunity to build your own presentation, and depending on the length of your workshop practice with your colleagues. To be successful at developing great presentation skills you will need to listen and apply what you are learning.
