A hilariously fun activity that will encourage participants to get outside of their comfort zone and interact with people in ways they have never done before
Get out of your seats and into the streets. The Great Race Challenge is an outdoor adventure, where teamwork is rewarded and personal strengths come to the fore. Working in small teams, points are earned by completing tasks – all of which require ingenuity, creativity, problem-solving and co-operation.
Participants will interact with strangers and each other in completely new ways.
After a quick briefing session, participants work in teams to complete as many of the crazy tasks as they can, within the time limit of the Challenge. Some tasks require a camera or smartphone, which results in some hilarious photos to hang onto afterwards. Some examples of tasks:
• How many people can you fit in a change room?
• Swapping a shirt with a stranger
• Find a microphone and make a public announcement
• Video interview with a stranger - What do you do for fun? What makes you happy? How is your love life?
The facilitator will also add some twists and turns. Afterwards, come together for a debriefing where a winner is announced and teamwork is celebrated.
Optional: Prizes for all participants can be arranged at the debrief.
