This activity focuses on risk taking, negotiating, strategy development, communication and fun! 

What happens during the At The Races team building activity?  

As your race goers enter the venue, they will be met by the bookies in the betting ring.

All delegates will receive $3,000 play money and a copy of the form guide that will have all the delegate names as jockeys for the night.

After studying the form, participants place bets with our bookies.

We accept a variety of bet types, so there’s plenty of interest for the die hard punter and the novice race-goer alike.

A big screen at the front of the room telecasts all races, allowing the punters to see the action. After each race, the bookies will pay out to the winning punters and move on to the next race.

At the end of the race day, punters will undoubtedly have pockets full of cash.

The final item on our schedule is the famous syndicate race named after your organisation. The horses will be paraded for all to see and punters will form syndicates. It will then be an old fashioned Calcutta as our syndicates buy, through auction, the horse of their choice.

The race to end all races will then be run – with teams ending up either in the gutter or in the members' lounge.
