Boot camp is an intensely fun program that focuses on team development within your company.  Available in All States, you'll be sure to motivate other staff members.

Everything you need to know about the Bootcamp team building activity?

This is the real deal. If you want to experience what working as a team is all about, what relying on your colleagues really means, and what can be achieved when you work as a unit, then this is the program for you. There is no questioning the boot camp instructors that the customer is always right. It is their way or the highway.

What happens during the Bootcamp team building activity?

Boot Camp is designed to move away from the standard fun approach to team activities, and provide a more intense team development activity.

You and your team mates will be subject to strict, physical activity based lessons, involving team dynamics and problem solving mixed with the activity of a Boot Camp.

Delegates will receive dog tags and mission instructions that will outline the program, rules and regulations.

During the event, teams will be confronted with activities such as basic training, transport, tactical survival, the Simpson challenge, combat, code breaking, military intelligence, message relay, hostile interrogation and enemy reconnaissance.

Teams will compete against each other in an attempt to move through the ranks and eventually become the highest ranked officer for the day.

There will be sweat, there will be anguish and there will be physical challenges that will push your team to the limits. We want to see how you will cope under the pressure of our instructors.

Logistics

1-3 hours - This is our suggestion, however the duration can be tailored to your needs.

Please note the cost of a beach/park permit that may be required by the local council, dependent on where we run the event.
