Murder Mystery - Whodunit team building activities

You become participants in a case of unusual murder and mayhem based on one of our 19 different themes. Become the major suspect, throw in a red herring or just sit back and enjoy the fun. We provide a host and can provide simple costume accessories to get everyone in the spirit of the night.

What happens during the Murder Mystery - Whodunit team building event?

We will write your Murder Mystery - Whodunit based on your selected theme and the numbers of males and females participating.

We try and give everyone a character tailored to their personality and level of involvement, but in some activities you might to select your 10 -20 major suspects and let everyone else be the detectives. Nothing is taken too seriously and there is nothing complicated to learn as our comic detective hosts the night in three easy sessions involving the "major suspects" in an interactive "Thank God You're Here" type investigation presented to everyone.

At the end of the questions, you have to decide who the murderer is and they are revealed with much applause. You can base the activity around dinner, during the day, with a cocktail party or drinks. For afternoon activities we can include a "search for clues" section where teams venture outside in the style of "The Amazing Race".

Good Samaritan reveals a dark side. The mystery changes these dynamics and expectations in a fun way and you see people in a whole new light. Teams will also need to think logically, learn to go along with their team, explore outside of their comfort zone, learn to present in front of an audience and problem solve.

Logistics

Minimum and Maximum time required: Requires at least 90 minutes and usually requires 3 hours including a meal.
Minimum and Maximum group size: Minimum 8, Maximum depends on the dynamics of the room.
For larger groups over 100 we might require staging and sound equipment so everyone can see and hear.
Ideal group size: 25-80
Private room required. Venue costs and Food are extra.
