What happens during Paintball team building activity?

Paintball activities usually start at 9am or 9:30am, depending on the location. After registration, you will be supplied essential paintball gear—full-head protection goggles, combat suit, custom-designed body armour and a 400-capacity ammunition holder.

All players must undergo a required health and safety lecture before starting. Afterwards, you'll proceed through to the gun zone where you'll be issued with a 0.68 calibre paintball machine gun. You and your team can have a few practice shots at the shooting range before the real games start.

Once everyone's ready, the battle begins.

You are given 12-14 exhilarating scenarios that will test the skills of both new and experienced players. Various actions, such as capturing an ancient artifact, are rewarded by points and your team must take all possible chances to score the highest.

Lunch break will be taken by all players at approximately 1:00pm. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch and snacks. Seating areas with picnic tables are available.

Once all the games have been completed, you and your team return to base camp and hand in all the equipment. There will be an afternoon presentation where awards will be presented to top players and teams. Activities end at approximately 4:00pm. However, if your team are under certain time constraints, an alternate ending time can be arranged.

Logistics

The activity usually starts at 9am and ends at 4pm. A custom time frame can be arranged if needed.

There is no exact minimum and maximum required, any group size is welcome. Although please note that a minimum number of participants might be required on certain locations if there's no other group booked.
