Risk Reward

Risk Reward involves a series of team building activities where the higher the risk, the greater the reward for you and your team.

All teams will have to create a fictional company and a product that will represent them for the program.

At the start of proceedings, the new companies will be credited with a sum of company dollars.

The teams will invest any portion of this fund, together with accumulating profits, in a series of activities which can be team building or recreational tasks.

What happens during the Risk Reward team building activity?

The objective is to grow the fund progressively over the day and create the most profitable company.

At the end of the program the companies come forward and give an account of their performance. This will determine the winner of the Risk Reward.
