Team building with the West Indies Cricket Team
In December last year, we were lucky enough to host Carnivale, a vibrant and dynamic team building activity for the tremendously talented West Indies Cricket Team!
We were given the brief that they wanted something active, outdoors, loads of fun that simultaneously enhanced their team bonding, communication and trust. We had a whole range of activities to choose from but landed on Carnivale, as it was incredibly flexible and offered a range of physically and mentally challenging games. Being very gifted sportsmen they performed predictably well at all the games, laughing their way through the day.
The highly competitive team enjoyed the:
- Archery
- Laser clay shooting
- Catapulting
- Disk throwing with hula hoops
- Tyre racing with
- Setting up a obstacle course blindfolded
Carnivale was a hit with the whole team, they even developed their own laser clay shooting version of bull rush where members had to run as fast as they could while their teammates shot at them with lasers!
